1.Administrator of personal data


The administrator of your personal data is the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Krakow. 2. Purpose of processing and legal basis for processing

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 par. 1 lit. a, e andf Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection):
1) Your consent to the use, including the dissemination of yourimage, in the form of a photo and / or recording made during the conference, for information and promotional purposes (Article 81 paragraph 1 of the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and rights related);
2) a legally justified interest pursued by The University or a third party, inthe use of an image, including the dissemination of the image constituting only a detail of the whole, and not the main motif of the photograph and / or recording (without close-ups on the face, i.e. in orderto show the fact of the conference and not the image of the individuals participating in it)ofa person commonly known in connection with the performance of public functions, for information and promotion purposes (Article 81 (2) (2) of the Act of 04.04.1994 on copyright and related rights);
3) performance of the public task of the university, consisting in particular in the dissemination of achievements in science and culture during the conference; acting for local and regional communities (Article 11 paragraph 1 items 9 and 10 of the Act of 20 July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science).
4) Providing personal data is necessary to conduct the registration and organization of the conference. If no data is provided, it will not be possible to complete the above-mentioned purpose.

3. The period of storage of personal data

We will keep your personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the above mentioned purposes of processing, however, not longer than until you withdraw your consent to their processing. The Organizer will publish monographs with the articles of conference participants and post them in the Open Source databases. The Organizer may anticipate the preparation and distribution of post-conference materials among conference participants.

4. Recipients of data

Your data may be transferred to entities that process it on our behalf and to entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of applicable law.

5. Rights related to the processing of personal data

You have the following rights related to the processing of your personal data:
1) the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time that has no effecton compliance with the law of processing which was made on the basis of your consent beforeits withdrawal. 3) the right to request the correction of your personal data that is incorrect and to supplement incomplete personal data;

6)the right to object to the processing of your personal data, due tofor your particular situation, in cases where we process your data on the basis of our legally justified interest, including for the purposes of direct marketing or to perform a public task. NOTE: in the case of processing for the purposes of direct marketing, you can lodge an objection at any time regardless of the particular situation;
7) the right not to be solely subject to automated decision-making, including profiling;
8) theright to file a complaint to the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data.
